Return Policy for Customers Buying More Than 2 Dresses (Sweden and EU)

If you purchase more than 2 dresses and decide to return one or more items, please follow these guidelines:

Important Information:

  • Eligibility: This policy applies only to customers in Sweden and EU countries.( No Returns for UK and Norway Customers)
  • Return Notification: You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you wish to return any items. Please provide a clear reason for the return.

Return Conditions:

  1. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for the items they wish to return.
  2. Handling Fee: A fee of 99 SEK per returned dress will be charged to cover the return process.
  3. Condition of Items:
    • Dresses must be in the same condition as received, including original packaging, free from wrinkles, stains, or damage.
    • Items returned in poor condition or disorganized packaging will not be accepted.

For your safety, we want that you send returns with a tracking number and mail us the tracking information info@kewsan.com together with the order number (i.e., as a postal package) as we are not responsible for lost or damaged deliveries

Shipping and Documents: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs and generating return documents.

Please note that the processing of returns may take up to 20 days from the date we receive your return, and we cannot issue any refunds earlier than this.

Please ensure that any accessories or belts do not damage the dress during fitting. As a customer, you are responsible for returning the item in sellable condition.

Why We Charge a Return Fee

We charge a 99 SEK (or 9 EUR) administrative fee per returned product, in addition to the full shipping costs for both delivery and return. This is because:

  1. Time and Effort: Each returned product must be carefully inspected and processed to ensure it meets the quality standards for resale.
  2. Environmental Impact: We want to minimize unnecessary returns to reduce waste and environmental harm caused by excessive shipping.
  3. Serious Purchases: This policy helps us focus on serving serious customers and maintaining a sustainable business model.
