Thank you for choosing Kewsan! We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please take a moment to review our return policy: 
Return Policy for customer Inside EU: If you wish to return an item, Kindly inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order, or you may need more time. Send an email to, including your order number and the reason for the return.  

Please note that the processing of returns may take up to 20 days from the date we receive your return, and we cannot issue any refunds earlier than this.

You are, of course, entitled to try on all garments, but once the items show signs of use, unfortunately, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

It is important that the item is returned in the same condition as you received it, i.e., unused, unwrinkled, and unwashed.

Please ensure that any accessories or belts do not damage the dress during fitting. As a customer, you are responsible for returning the item in sellable condition.

Please do not return garments that have a scent (e.g., perfume) or show signs of makeup, hair, or pet hair!

Please ensure that all returns are packed in good condition and include the tags and order number.

For your safety, we prefer that you send returns with a tracking number (i.e., as a postal package) as we are not responsible for lost or damaged deliveries

Shipping and Documents: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs and generating return documents. Please prepare shipping documents and pack the return order carefully. We need to receive the returned item in the same condition as we sent it. Any signs of use or unusual smells make it impossible for us to sell the product to another customer, and therefore, we won't be able to issue a refund. Kindly retain the shipping information and invoice document until we receive your return package. You can inform us of the tracking information via email. The process of refunding your money typically takes 7 to 14 days. 
Handling Instructions: please care during unboxing, trying on, and repacking. Ensure the dress is returned in the same condition as received, with no smells or marks. We do not accept returns if the dress has been worn, damaged, or altered.

Please note: To return a dress, it must be in the same condition as when you received it. If the dress has been worn, washed, or has any stains, we cannot accept the return. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as a 10% fee based on the dress's value. All our Kurdish Dress ready made and we have all sizes in our warehouse. That’s why our delivery takes inside Sweden just 2 to 4 days and outside of Sweden from 4 to 10 days.

When we recive your sizes and these 3 measures so  we will send your dress in your size. Our normal delivery times are 2-4 days inside sweden . Out of Sweden 4 to 10 days. Note! Orders placed on weekends will be sent on the monday at the earliest.

Packages not collected
Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal under the Distance and Home Sales Act. Packages that have not been picked up or received will charge a fee of SEK 250 including VAT, this corresponds to the costs it caused us to send out the package and received it in return. It will be cheaper for you if you pick up your package and then send it back to us than it is returned because it has not been picked up.




All prices in the store are quoted in SEK and all prices are inclusive of 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices due to a change in prices from the supplier, misprint in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.


Each customer can order up to 10 fabric samples for free per order.
For each additional fabric sample ordered, 10 SEK will be charged.
For orders containing only fabric samples, we charge 69 SEK for shipping.


With the order you will receive the fabric samples and a gift card for the same amount of 30 SEK.


When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14 day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.


5.1 When using your right of withdrawal:


 The message should be sent to us Your message should make your name, address, e-mail address, order number and the items to which the return is valid.
You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within 48 hourse  of the withdrawal notice.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be shipped well packaged and in original packaging.
On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the item in case of used or damaged product.


5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:


Products which have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (seal) has been broken by you.
Custom made product, which has been tailored specifically for you or has a clear personal touch to your wishes.
The right of withdrawal/exchange does not apply to custom-made products or metrics.


Always make sure that the fabric is perfect, BEFORE cutting. Fabric that you have cut in is not taken in return.
However, fabric is a living material that can change due to temperature and humidity m.m. Therefore, we accept a difference of 0.5% on the customer’s specified measurements.
We recommend that you wash the fabric before use due to shrinkage and excess paint.
Add-on orders and changes can only be made by phone on the same day (weekdays only) as the order is registered. Change the details of the sent package: Once the order is sent, we cannot make any changes to the name, address or time.

Product presentation
Kewsan Textile and more has done everything we can to reproduce all colors and images correctly on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that the actual item will have exactly the color and appearance that you perceive on your screen. This is due to color features as well as the display on your computer, we cannot be responsible for the color reproduction on your computer screen.
Color anomalies can occur, as everyone has different display settings, it is difficult to reproduce the exact color of the internet. If you feel unsure, we recommend that you order samples.



Complaints and complaints
We inspect all products before sending them to you. Should the product still be damaged or faulty when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to remedy the defect free of charge.

We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances outside the company’s prevailing (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labour dispute, fire, war, government decision, reduced or non-delivery from supplier.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes in products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.


We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try to expose the products as accurately as possible.

• Invoice after approved credit check. The invoice is sent out as PDF via e-mail you provided when registering, there is no fee.
• Direct payment by bank (Handelsbanken). You log in to your bank and make the payment.
• Card payment, we accept MasterCard and VISA. The card payments are made by Klarna Payment.
• Advance to our bank giro 510-6869 payment must be made within 3 days, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
• Swish via mobile. You start the Swish app on your mobile and accept the payment.

In order to deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company.
What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name and address details for delivery.
