Return Policy
We carefully check all returned clothing to make sure it’s in perfect condition. Please follow these rules for returns:
Condition of Items:
- We cannot accept clothes that smell like detergent, perfume, or show any signs of being washed.
- Please don’t store the item in your wardrobe before returning, as it may pick up odors.
- The item must be returned without any smells, wrinkles, or damage.
How to Return:
- Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your item by emailing nfo@kewsan.com with your order number and reason for return , after the return, please send the item back the next day.
Rejected Returns:
- We will not accept any items with smells, wrinkles, damage, or missing accessories.
- If your return is rejected, you will need to pay for shipping to have the item sent back to you.
It is important that the item is returned in the same condition as you received it, i.e., unused, unwrinkled, and unwashed.

Return Policy for Customers Buying More Than 2 Dresses (Sweden and EU)
If you purchase more than 2 dresses and decide to return one or more items, please follow these guidelines:
Important Information:
- Eligibility: This policy applies only to customers in Sweden and EU countries.( No Returns for UK and Norway Customers)
- Return Notification: You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you wish to return any items. Please provide a clear reason for the return.
Return Conditions:
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for the items they wish to return.
- Handling Fee: A fee of 99 SEK per returned dress will be charged to cover the return process.

Why We Charge a Return Fee
We charge a 99 SEK (or 9 EUR) administrative fee per returned product, in addition to the full shipping costs for both delivery and return. This is because:

- Environmental Impact: We want to minimize unnecessary returns to reduce waste and environmental harm caused by excessive shipping.

Simplified Shopping Experience for Norwegian Customers
We are registered under the VOEC (VAT On E-Commerce) system, which allows us to handle VAT directly for purchases under 3,000 NOK. This means no additional customs fees or charges for you, ensuring a seamless and transparent shopping experience. All necessary VAT payments are processed directly to the Norwegian Tax Administration for purchases under 3,000 NOK.
For orders over 3,000 NOK, the VOEC system does not apply. This means the customer is responsible for paying customs duties and VAT directly to Norwegian Customs upon the package's arrival.
Return Policy for Norwegian Customers:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for orders under VOEC due to the complexities of reclaiming VAT that has already been declared and registered upon import. We encourage customers to carefully review sizes, styles, and descriptions before making a purchase.

Order
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.
If there is an error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us by e-mail to info@kewsan.com.
All our Kurdish Dress ready made and we have all sizes in our warehouse. That’s why our delivery takes inside Sweden just 2 to 4 days and outside of Sweden from 4 to 10 days.
You fill your size ( XS. S- M-L XL) your length and weight , there is also place for write us more information if you want to send us and share with us more information about your order. When we receive your sizes and these 3 measures so we will send your dress in your size. In some cases maybe we need some extra measures , in this case we will contact you to give you best dress as good as possible.
Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 2-4 days inside sweden . Out of Sweden 4 to 10 days. Note! Orders placed on weekends will be sent on the monday at the earliest.

Packages not collected
Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal under the Distance and Home Sales Act. Packages that have not been picked up or received will charge a fee of SEK 250 including VAT, this corresponds to the costs it caused us to send out the package and received it in return. It will be cheaper for you if you pick up your package and then send it back to us than it is returned because it has not been picked up.
Rates
All prices in the store are quoted in SEK and all prices are inclusive of 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices due to a change in prices from the supplier, misprint in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
Why Our Kurdish Dresses Are Sold Without Underlayers
We place great emphasis on fabric colors, matching, and quality. For some Kurdish sets, we use satin silk, a non-transparent fabric, allowing you to pair it with your own preferred underwear. However, for other Kurdish sets that incorporate chiffon—a sheer fabric—it’s essential to match the underwear color with the chiffon for a cohesive look.
In these cases, our Kurdish sets include three parts: the kawa (jacket), kiras (dress), and a long matching underlayer. This ensures both style and comfort for most of our Kurdish dress sets.
Most of our Kurdish dresses are made from high-quality silk satin material, which is not transparent. Our products and Kurdish dress sets include only the main parts of the outfit, reflecting our commitment to keeping costs affordable for our customers and minimizing unnecessary production to support environmental sustainability.
The fabric is designed to be thick enough, but pairing it with your own underwear enhances both comfort and appearance. The choice of color or style for the undergarments is entirely up to you—any option works beautifully with this dress.
By offering the dress without additional layers, we ensure affordability and promote eco-friendly practices, while giving you the flexibility to style it with your preferred undergarments.
Samples
Each customer can order up to 10 fabric samples for free per order.
For each additional fabric sample ordered, 10 SEK will be charged.
For orders containing only fabric samples, we charge 69 SEK for shipping.
With the order you will receive the fabric samples and a gift card for the same amount of 30 SEK.
Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14 day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.
5.1 When using your right of withdrawal:
The message should be sent to us info@kewsan.com. Your message should make your name, address, e-mail address, order number and the items to which the return is valid.
You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within 48 hourse of the withdrawal notice.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be shipped well packaged and in original packaging.
On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the item in case of used or damaged product.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products which have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (seal) has been broken by you.
Custom made product, which has been tailored specifically for you or has a clear personal touch to your wishes.
The right of withdrawal/exchange does not apply to custom-made products or metrics.
BEFORE CUTTING
Always make sure that the fabric is perfect, BEFORE cutting. Fabric that you have cut in is not taken in return.
However, fabric is a living material that can change due to temperature and humidity m.m. Therefore, we accept a difference of 0.5% on the customer’s specified measurements.
We recommend that you wash the fabric before use due to shrinkage and excess paint.
Add-on orders and changes can only be made by phone on the same day (weekdays only) as the order is registered. Change the details of the sent package: Once the order is sent, we cannot make any changes to the name, address or time.

Product presentation
Kewsan Textile and more has done everything we can to reproduce all colors and images correctly on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that the actual item will have exactly the color and appearance that you perceive on your screen. This is due to color features as well as the display on your computer, we cannot be responsible for the color reproduction on your computer screen.
Color anomalies can occur, as everyone has different display settings, it is difficult to reproduce the exact color of the internet. If you feel unsure, we recommend that you order samples.
Complaints and complaints
We inspect all products before sending them to you. Should the product still be damaged or faulty when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to remedy the defect free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.
The complaint shall be sent immediately after the defect has been detected.
6.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?
Any errors and defects should always be complained to info@kewsan.com where you enter your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the defect.
If we fail to correct the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping in case of approved complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it is found that the goods are not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints, see arn.se.
Limitation of liability
We accept no liability for indirect damages that may arise from the product.
We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances outside the company’s prevailing (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labour dispute, fire, war, government decision, reduced or non-delivery from supplier.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes in products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
Product
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try to expose the products as accurately as possible.
