this is about a recent order which was placed in April and arrived end of August. we were told that this delay is because the specific fabric we chose was taking longer to get. eventually we get the shipment and it's the wrong color and wrong style of belt. we contacted the company about this and their respond was that it was a long time ago and she forgot what was in the original order.
Disappointed about the order and not satisfied with the customer service and the way they handled the complain. Definitely not ordering again.
