Please note that you have a 24-hour window to inform us if you wish to make any changes to your order after receiving it. If you decide not to keep the dress, you have the right to return it. Please send it to the following address within 24 hours. In case of a return, kindly contact us via info@kewsan.com and write your order number to inform us of the reason, and make sure to post the dress within the same 24-hour timeframe. For hygiene and customer respect reasons, we have a brief return policy, and the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for generating the return documentation and covering the cost of returning the order. We will initiate the refund once we receive the returned goods in the same condition as when they were sent to you.
Please Note: Customers residing outside the EU do not have the option for returns or exchanges due to customs duties and customs declaration processes.
