I bought this dress for my daughter for Newroz, she loves it so much, and the dress is really beautiful.
This is a really lovely dress, and the quality of both the fabric and the embroidery is so high, the fabric is so soft you won't want to take it off.
I m never order again from this place . I contacted them about a missing belt . Even provide a screen shot where the belt was mentioned they never came back to me . So I needed urgent to get a belt from another seller so my daughter could wear the dress on Eid . Not happy at all .

We would like to clarify that this product does not include a belt. The dress features adjustable ties that allow you to adjust the waist and bust according to your preference; however, it does not come with a chain belt.
In the product description, we clearly state that the item includes three pieces: a Kawa crystal embroidery, a chiffon kras, and underwear. Both the kras and underwear are adjustable at the waist. We understand that this may have been a misunderstanding, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion caused.
We have sold many dresses from this collection in different colors, and the belt has never been included. We have also not experienced this misunderstanding with other customers regarding this collection. As stated on our website, accessories are always clearly mentioned when included.
Additionally, we included arm pins as a gift, even though they were not listed in the product description.
We would also like to inform you that we responded to your email twice regarding the belt and explained the situation.
We kindly ask all our customers to carefully read the product description before making a purchase. Unfortunately, it is not possible to include a belt with this high-quality dress at the current price. However, the belt is available separately and can be added to your order.
