منداڵەکانمان و ناسنامەیان.

منداڵ تەنها بە قەبارە گەورە نابێت، لە ناوەوەش گەورە دەبێت.
بەشێکی زۆر لە باوەڕ بەخۆبوونی منداڵ ئەوەیە بزانێت کێیە و لە کوێوە هاتووە.

لە توێژینەوەکانی دەروونناسی، بە تایبەتی کاری ژان فینی لەسەر ناسنامەی کولتووری منداڵان، دەردەکەوێت ئەومنداڵانەی کولتوور و ڕیشەیان دەناسـن زۆرجار باوەڕیان بەخۆیان بەرزترە و لە قوتابخانە و کۆمەڵدا خۆیان ئاسودەترهەست دەکەن.

منداڵان ناسنامە تەنها بە گوێگرتن لە چیرۆک فێر نابن،
بەو شتانە فێر دەبن کە دەیبینن و ئەزموونیان دەکەن.

کاتێک منداڵ جلـی کوردی لە نەورۆز، ئاهەنگ و کۆبوونەوەی خێزانیدا دەپۆشێت، تەنها جلێکی جوان ناپۆشێت، بەڵکوپەیوەندییەک هەست دەکات — لەگەڵ خێزانەکەی، کولتوورەکەی و مێژووەکەی.

ئەم هەستەی سەر بە شوێنبوون یارمەتیدەدات باوەڕیان بەخۆیان زیاتر بێت، ئارامتر بن و ڕێزی زیاتر بۆ خەڵکی تردابنێن.

لەبەر ئەوە بۆ ئێمە ئەمە تەنها جل نییە.
ڕێگایەکی بچووکە بۆ ئەوەی منداڵەکانمان بە شانازی و باوەڕ بەخۆیان گەورە بن.

چونکە منداڵێک کە ڕیشەکانی دەزانێت، لە هەر شوێنێک بژیت بەهێزتر دەبێت.

Our children and their identity.

Children don’t only grow taller. They grow inside.
And a big part of a child’s confidence is knowing who they are and where they come from.

Psychology research, especially the work of  Jean Phinney about cultural identity in children, shows that kids who understand their heritage often have higher self-esteem and feel more secure in school and social life.

Children don’t learn identity only by hearing stories.
They learn through what they see and what they experience.

When a child wears Kurdish clothes at Newroz, weddings, or family gatherings, they are not just wearing a beautiful outfit. They are feeling connection — to their family, their culture, and their history.

This sense of belonging helps them become more confident, more secure, and more respectful towards others.

That is why for me this is not only clothing.
It is a small way to give our children pride in who they are.

Because a child who knows their roots grows up stronger wherever they live.
