Dress was fine just too big and I purchased another one with a smaller size. Why am I not getting my full amount back? It has not been used and its packaging.

As clearly stated on our website, we unfortunately do not offer returns or exchanges for customers outside the EU. This is due to the high costs and complexities involved, including customs declarations, import taxes, and return shipping fees, which can sometimes exceed the value of the product itself.
For customers within the EU, returns and exchanges are possible, as the process is much simpler and does not involve these additional charges.
We would also like to clarify that we only received a return request regarding the belt. Returning the belt from the USA to Sweden would cost more than the value of the item itself. Additionally, this policy is clearly stated on our website.
